1. In our On-line shop

In order to purchase a product in our On-line shop please follow these steps:

• If you have not already done so, sign-up to our on-line shop and login using your details.  You can do this later on if you prefer, during the purchasing process. 

• Find the models that you are looking for by browsing our shop.  View them and enlarge the photographs to see each item in detail.  You will find the price, reference and model details on each product page, as well all the technical characteristics of the original car and an excellent gallery with XXL photographs so that you can see all the details. 

• Select the model or models you want, and add them to the basket.  You can then either continue shopping or process your order.  

• If you wish to continue shopping, click on "Continue shopping" and repeat the process to add more items to your basket.  If you want to process your order, click on "Place order" and enter your account details, if you have not yet already done so.

• You can register up to 3 delivery addresses and select 1 for your orders to be delivered to.  
• Select a payment method: credit or debit card via La Caixa’s bank secure server, Paypal, bank transfer or cash on delivery. 

• Confirm the order.

• You will receive an email confirming your order.

Important: The orders placed before 11:00 may be sent on the day the order is received, the orders placed after 11:00 will be sent on the next working day. 

2. By telephone

We will gladly attend to you if you prefer to place your order by telephone.

• You can call one of these numbers: 0034 946 319 711 / 0034 669 773 723. Have the brand, model and reference to hand of the model or models that you wish to order.

• We will take down your delivery information, telephone number, preferred delivery times, etc.

• We will select a payment method.

• We will proceed to deliver your order.

Opening hours:

• Monday to Friday: from 10:00 to 14:30 and from 16:30 to 20:00

3. By email

You can also place your order by email.

• Send us an email to info@escala-18.com indicating the following:

• Brand, model and reference of each of the models you wish to purchase

• Your preferred delivery method: GLS or Postal service

• Provide us with your delivery information and a contact number

• Preferred delivery time

• Chosen payment method

• Once your email has been received, we will proceed to confirm your order
